My lab notebook in three dimensions
Yes, it is a graduation cap, not a functional project. This cap is more than decoration; it is my lab notebook in three dimensions.
My first Arduino, Raspberry Pi, Jetson, ESP8266, ESP32 and 3D-printer nozzle, along with countless burned-out components, hold stories from the projects that shaped my journey through university. Most of these parts were burned out, retired or kept in my electronics graveyard.
For my convocation, I placed them on top of my hat in a chaotic, random layout: a small souvenir of everything I learned, built, broke and rebuilt. Every failed component was part of the path that brought me here.

23 November 2025 is the confirmed post date, not an asserted date for degree completion or the convocation event.
For my convocation, I arranged retired and burned-out components on my graduation cap. It was not a functional project, but a keepsake of everything I learned, built, broke and rebuilt. I shared the reflection on 23 November 2025.
