Recognition
Recognition that belongs to the team
Our poultry-technology work received team recognition in the Smart Bangladesh Award 2023. I was listed as a team member in the district-level technical, team, government category. For me, it is a reminder of the supervisor, teammates and shared effort behind the prototype—not a story of working alone.
Preparing and presenting a project is itself a learning experience. Watching my supervisor explain the work helped me understand how to present a technical idea clearly, without losing the practical problem behind it.
I also remember his encouragement during a project exhibition. Moments of shared pride remain part of the journey alongside the official recognition.
